Promote Health and Wellness : The foundation supports programs designed to improve overall health and reduce health disparities through prevention, cultural competency, timely immunizations, and wellness initiatives.

Supporting Healthy Babies : The foundation supports programs designed to help mothers-to-be deliver healthy babies on time and reduce premature births and infant mortalities through early prenatal care and other risk reduction strategies. No support for private foundations, fraternal, social, athletic, labor, or veterans' organizations, political parties or candidates, for profit-entities including start-up businesses, or for organizations not of direct benefit to the entire community.

No grants to individuals, or for tickets, tables, benefits, raffles, souvenir programs, fundraising dinners, golf outings, trips, tours, or similar events.
